Today we a Justin come in from the Choices and Consequences Program to talk to and answer any questions that the students had about his life. It was a very interesting class. Justin was awesome!! He answered all the questions students had in an honest way. I was very impressed with the questions that you guys came up with. I hope we can do other presentations like this in the future.

Today we spent all class working on a review for the upcoming English Revolution Test. Be sure to go over the vocab that we did in class. Also the

Today we started our first class in History. We looked at our past. Where did our families come from? Which countries did we immigrate from. When did our families arrive in Canada? Why do the students think that their families came to Canada? What factors pulled them here or what factors pushed them away from their home country.
I wanted the students to talk to their parents to find out about these reasons. Then we looked at immigration statistics from the 1840's and 2012. The students made pie charts on which countries most of the immigrants came from back then in comparison to where most immigrants come from now.
